One of our ambitions at the The 10 in 8 Fine Dining Group is to create not only Michelin-starred quality food but also to demonstrate a real interest in nutrition, health and well being. We believe the fine dining industry has a very real challenge in addressing nutritional balance and as such it is part of our wider 10 in 8 Fine Dining Group strategy and vision to focus on nutritional values.  How do you cook without sugar with no affect on sweetness or flavour?


How do you prepare exiting dishes that are not only balanced but are prepared to retain maximum nutrition content?  The answers are being developed by the UK’s leading chef on nutrition Chris Horridge, who  has won not only a Michelin-star for his healthy dishes but also wide critical acclaim for his unique approach to cuisine -  what he terms ’3 dimensional cuisine’ which is based on presentation, flavour and nutrition.
